LUKOIL has won the “Green Ray” national award in the area of environmental protection, the “Eco-Friendly Business” category. The award ceremony took place on December 15, in St. Petersburg, as part of the festive events dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the All-Russian Society for Environmental Protection.

The LUKOIL Board of Directors held a meeting in Moscow today to approve the key indicators of LUKOIL Group’s 2015 budget according to two scenarios in view of the macroeconomic situation.

Vagit Alekperov, OAO LUKOIL President, and Nikolay Merkushin, Governor of the Samara Oblast (region), signed a supplemental agreement to the cooperation agreement between the company and the regional government, in Moscow today.

Vagit Alekperov, OAO LUKOIL President, and Viktor Basargin, Governor of the Perm Territory (Perm Krai), signed a protocol on cooperation between the company and the territory for 2015. The document, executed in the presence of Mikhail Babich, authorized representative of the RF President for the Volga Federal District, is an integral part of the effective five-year Economic and Social Cooperation Agreement. The latter provides funding for a number of investment programs. In 2014, LUKOIL sponsored construction in the region of 15 infrastructural projects and 29 cultural facilities. Also, funds have been earmarked for 35 educational and 31 healthcare projects.

Vagit Alekperov, OAO LUKOIL President, and Igor Koshin, Governor of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, signed a cooperation agreement between the company and NAO, in Naryan-Mar today, for the period till December 31, 2019.
