LUKOIL approved Energy Saving and Energy Efficiency Improvement Program for entities of the LUKOIL Group for 2023 and for the period of 2024-2025. The Program will help the Company to save about 9 million GJ of fuel and energy resources over the next three years.
The Program provides, among other things, for upgrading pump and process equipment, optimizing production processes, patterns of power flow distribution and heat exchange between process facilities as well as introducing modern lighting systems.
Energy saving activities make a basis of the Decarbonization Program of the LUKOIL Group.
Efforts to improve the energy efficiency in the Company are based on the energy management system. By now all major production entities have confirmed their compliance with requirements of the new revision of the ISO 50001-2018 international standard.
The energy management system includes mid- and short-term planning process to set quantitative goals in energy saving for one and three years. The achievement of goals is reviewed on an annual basis at the yearend and projected indicators are adjusted accordingly.

Starting from today, Leonid Fedun, who held a post of Vice President for Strategic Development of PJSC LUKOIL, has left his position due to achievement of retirement age, as well as familial reasons.

LUKOIL held a celebration in honour of players and coaching staff of FC Spartak, the winner of the 2021/2022 Russian Cup. The event took place in LUKOIL's Moscow headquarters. An official ceremony with participation of Vadim Vorobyov, President of PJSC LUKOIL, was followed by an autograph session and a photo session with Spartak players and the Cup for LUKOIL employees.

Following extensive discussions with the leaders and employees of Shell's filling station network in Russia, acquired by LUKOIL last month, the decision was made to preserve the business as a separate subsidiary of the Company. It will develop under Teboil brand – a fuel brand that had not previously been present in the Russian market. The brand belongs to LUKOIL since 2005. The Company has already embarked upon a step-by-step rebranding of the filling stations.
Teboil was founded in Finland in 1934. It is one of the largest Finnish fuel businesses. Russian customers know the brand as the supplier of lubricants. Their imports date back to the 1960s. Now Russian market features about 150 high-quality Teboil products.
Teboil filling stations will offer new branded types of innovative fuels, as well as its own loyalty programme, integrated with LUKOIL's one. Teboil Russia team will be led by the former head of Shell filling stations in Russia, Vitaly Maslov.
The lubricants plant located in Tver region, which Shell also sold to LUKOIL, will manufacture Teboil-branded products as well.

The final agreement on acquisition of Shell's Russian retail and lubricants assets was signed in Moscow. The assets include the chain of filling stations primarily located in the Central and Northwestern federal districts of Russia, and lubricants blending plant located in Tver region. The sale was approved by Russia's Federal Antimonopoly Service.

At today's meeting the Board of Directors of PJSC "LUKOIL" (hereinafter, the Company) resolved that the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of PJSC "LUKOIL" (hereinafter, the AGM) would be held on June 21, 2022 in the form of absentee voting, and the repeat Annual General Shareholders Meeting (hereinafter, the repeat AGM) would be held on June 23, 2022 in case the AGM is not held due to the absence of quorum.

Taking into account the unstable business environment and limitations in clearing and banking systems, the Board of Directors decided to postpone the payment of the final dividends for 2021 calculated in accordance with the Regulations on the Dividend Policy of the Company. Therefore, the Board of Directors recommended the AGM to retain profit for 2021 (excluding the profit used to pay interim dividends). Before the end of 2022, the Board of Directors will consider the matter on recommendations on payment of the final dividends from the retained profit for 2021.
PJSC "LUKOIL" announces conclusion of an agreement with subsidiaries of Shell plc (hereinafter, "Shell") to acquire 100% share in Shell Neft, which conducts retail petroleum products sales and lubricants production in Russia. The assets of Shell Neft include 411 retail stations, primarily located in the Central and Northwestern federal districts of Russia, and lubricants blending plant located in Tver region. The sale will be completed after its approval by Federal Antimonopoly Service.
