28.11.2006 RUR Bonds Issues Registered

The Federal Financial Markets Service of Russia has registered the issue of non-convertible interest-bearing documentary bonds to bearer (“the Bonds”) on November 23, 2006. The Bonds are of series 03 and 04, subject to mandatory centralized custody and offered through an open subscription. The maturity period of the Bonds will be five and seven years accordingly. The statutory prospectus was registered at the same time with the State registration of the issue.

 

The State Registration Numbers of the issues are 4-03-00077-А and 4-04-00077-А. Volume of issuance are 8 and 6 billion roubles accordingly, the nominal value of each Bond is 1,000 roubles.

 

ABN AMPO Bank ZAO, Drezdner Bank ZAO and the Renaissance Capital Group will be sponsors of the Bonds issue.

 

The Bonds will be placed in accordance with the previously approved debt program for 2006.
