OAO LUKOIL (the “Company”) was informed that Mr. V. S. Subbotin, Vice President and a member of the Management Committee of the Company, acquired 8,420 ordinary shares in the Company on 14 October 2008 in Moscow. The volume of the transaction was 10,006,065 Russian rubles.
