Re Termination of RTS Listing
OAO LUKOIL (the “Company”) is notified by the RTS Stock Exchange (OJSC RTS) that the Company’s ordinary shares have been excluded from the List of securities admitted to trading on OJSC RTS. This decision takes effect from 19 December 2011 and is connected with a reorganization of OJSC RTS by way of merging with ZAO MICEX as part of integration underway between the two Russian stock exchanges.
OAO LUKOIL’s ordinary shares will continue to trade on the MICEX Stock Exchange (CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange), where they have been included in the A1 Quotation List (the highest level) since December 2004.
