OAO “LUKOIL” announces that a copy of the Annual Report of OAO “LUKOIL” for 2010 prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Service for Financial Markets of Russia and tentatively approved by the Board of Directors of OAO “LUKOIL” on May 20, 2011, for submission to the Annual General Shareholders Meeting, has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly will be available for inspection at http://www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
