OAO LUKOIL (the “Company”) has received notification that Mr. V. Yu. Alekperov, President and member of the Board of Directors of the Company, acquired 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 27 January 2014 in Moscow. The volume of the transaction was 39,260,000 Russian rubles.
