OAO LUKOIL (the “Company”) was informed that Mr. V. I. Nekrasov, a member of the Management Committee of the Company, acquired 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 30 January 2012 in Moscow. The volume of the transaction was 8,822,500 Russian rubles.
