OAO LUKOIL (the “Company”) was informed that Mr. I. A. Maslyaev, Vice President and member of the Management Committee of the Company, acquired 4,466 ordinary shares in the Company on 7 November 2012 in Moscow. The volume of the transaction was 8,708,700 Russian rubles.
