OAO LUKOIL (the “Company”) was informed that Mr. S. P. Kukura, First Vice President and member of the Management Committee of the Company, acquired 1,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 14 February 2012 in Moscow. The volume of the transaction was 1,855,000 Russian rubles.
