OAO LUKOIL (the “Company”) has received notification that Mr. A. A. Barkov, Vice President and member of the Management Committee of the Company, acquired 8,857 ordinary shares in the Company on 30 January 2013 in Moscow. The volume of the transaction was 17,650,470.5 Russian rubles.
