PJSC "LUKOIL" today held its Annual General Shareholders Meeting (AGM) in Moscow where the 2018 Annual Report of the Company and the 2018 financial statements were approved, as well as decision on distribution of profit for 2018 was made.

In the first quarter of 2019 LUKOIL Group's average hydrocarbon production excluding the West Qurna-2 project was 2,379 thousand boe per day, which is 4.1% higher year-on-year and 0.3% higher quarter-on-quarter.

The Board of Directors of PJSC "LUKOIL" today approved amendment to the Regulations on the Dividend Policy of PJSC "LUKOIL" (hereinafter the Regulations). The amendment allows to account for the share buyback factor when determining the dividends amount.
