LUKOIL AND SAMARA REGION DEFINE AREAS OF COOPERATION

President of LUKOIL Vagit Alekperov and the Governor of the Samara Region Dmitry Azarov signed a supplemental agreement to the effective Agreement on Social and Economic Cooperation at the Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum today.
Valid through 2019, the agreement continues partnership between LUKOIL and the Samara Region and, facilitating the company's exploration and production activities and operation of its filling stations chain, it contributes to the development of the fuel-and-energy complex and public infrastructure of the region and municipalities.
LUKOIL operates as a producer of hydrocarbons and supplier of petroleum products in the Samara Region, where the company's wholly owned subsidiary, RITEK, produced over two million metric tons of oil in 2018. The company has discovered four fields – Medovoye, Yantarnoye, Zvyozdnoye and North-Dengiz. LUKOIL operates 21 gas filling stations in the region. The volume of petroleum products sold by LUKOIL in the region exceeded 138 thousand metric tons in 2018.
