LUKOIL AND SIBUR SIGN A LONG-TERM AGREEMENT TO SUPPLY ASSOCIATED PETROLEUM GAS

LUKOIL and the petrochemical holding SIBUR signed a long-term agreement for the supply of associated petroleum gas (APG).
Under the terms of the agreement, LUKOIL will supply the APG from the Company’s fields located in Western Siberia to Nyagangazpererabotka, part of SIBUR holding.
The total supply volume will exceed 2.5 billion cubic meters of APG over the period between 2011 and 2015.
The agreement with SIBUR is aimed at raising to 95% the utilization level of APG produced by LUKOIL’s production associations.
