LUKOIL AND THE REPUBLIC OF KOMI TO DEVELOP COOPERATION

LUKOIL and the Republic of Komi have concluded a supplementary agreement on cooperation for 2020.
Thanks to LUKOIL's financial aid, the construction of a sports and recreation center with a swimming pool will continue in the Yarega settlement of Ukhta urban district. The Company will also help to finish the construction of a day-care center in the Mutny Materik settlement of Usinsk urban district and of a children's playground in the town of Pechora. LUKOIL will also invest in the complete renovation of the cadet boarding school in the Koroviy Ruchey village of the Ust-Tsilemsky district.
Charity events, social and cultural projects will also take place in the region.
"We continue our mutually beneficial cooperation with LUKOIL. The Company is our long-standing trusted partner in social and economic spheres. This agreement aims to improve the quality of life in the Republic. We obviously appreciate LUKOIL's contribution to social development of our region and we will continue to further this cooperation," said Vladimir Uyba, Acting Head of the Republic of Komi.
