LUKOIL AND TULA REGION SIGN COOPERATION AGREEMENT

President of LUKOIL Vagit Alekperov and the Governor of Tula Region Alexey Dyumin signed the Agreement on Social and Economic Cooperation for the next five years at the Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum today.
According to the agreement, the company will contribute to regional agenda, intended to raise efficiency of the fuel and energy complex, develop road infrastructure, preserve social peace, improve environmental situation and guarantee supplies of petroleum and petrochemical products to individuals and businesses.
In its turn, the Government of the Tula Region confirmed that it would assist the company with reconstruction of existing facilities for transportation, storage and marketing of petroleum and petrochemical products, and will help develop the filling stations chain.
