LUKOIL AND UZBEKNEFTEGAZ TO COOPERATE IN THE TRAINING OF INDUSTRIAL PERSONNEL IN UZBEKISTAN

PJSC LUKOIL and the National Holding Company Uzbekneftegaz signed a cooperation agreement, in Tashkent today, to facilitate personnel training for Uzbekistan's oil and gas industry. The document lays down the terms and principles of cooperation in industrial training. The signatories were: Yuri Pikhtovnikov, Head of LUKOIL's Department for Organizational Development and Career Management, and Ulugbek Sayidov, First deputy Chairman of Uzbekneftegaz's Management Committee.

The ceremony was part of the agenda of the International Conference on Domestic Personnel Training and Development in International Companies. The conference was organized by the Ministry of Higher and Post-Secondary Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, OOO LLC LUKOIL Uzbekistan Operating Company (operator of LUKOIL's projects in Uzbekistan), Uzbekneftegaz and the Tashkent branch of I.M.Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas.

19/10/2018 - LUKOIL AND UZBEKNEFTEGAZ SIGN MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

President of LUKOIL Vagit Alekperov and Acting Chairman of the Board of Uzbekneftegaz Bahrom Ashrafhanov signed a memorandum of understanding​. 

​According to the memorandum, the parties intend to develop cooperation and share experience in the implementation in geological exploration in the Republic of Uzbekistan's territory. ​

19/04/2018 - LUKOIL COMMISSIONS GAS PROCESSING COMPLEX IN UZBEKISTAN AHEAD OF SCHEDULE

​​Today LUKOIL has commissioned a Gas Processing Complex at the Kandym fields cluster in Uzbekistan. ​

The construction of the Kandym Gas Processing Complex was completed exactly two years since its start and eight months ahead of the schedule.​ The official opening ceremony was attended by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation Aleksander Novak and the President of PJSC "LUKOIL" Vagit Alekperov.

06/04/2017 - LUKOIL PRODUCES 40 BILLION CUBIC METERS OF NATURAL GAS IN UZBEKISTAN

LUKOIL has reached a production landmark of 40 billion cubic meters of natural gas at its projects in Uzbekistan. LUKOIL is implementing two large-scale investment projects in Uzbekistan - Kandym-Khauzak-Shady and South-West Gissar - and remains the country's largest foreign investor.
