LUKOIL BEGINS COMMISSIONING OF A POWER PLANT IN KOMI

PJSC LUKOIL has begun commissioning activities on a gas turbine thermal power plant in the Timan-Pechora petroleum province of the Republic of Komi.
This project will allow for satisfying growing needs for electrical power and steam required for the promising Yaregskoye oil deposit operated by LUKOIL-Komi, improving the field development efficiency and reliability of power supply. The power plant consists of three blocks having the total installed capacity of 75MW and steam output of 132 t/hour.
The plant is the second own power generation facility built by LUKOIL-Energoengineering in the Republic of Komi involving modern Russianinnovative technology.
