LUKOIL BOD CHAIRMAN RECOGNIZED AS DIRECTOR OF THE YEAR

Chairman of the Board of Directors of LUKOIL Valery Grayfer received Director of the Year National Award of the 9th all-Russia Corporate Governance Forum in recognition of his lifetime achievements in corporate boards of directors.
Director of the Year National Award recognizes personal contribution to the development and promotion of highest standards of corporate governance that facilitate performance efficiency and strategic growth of businesses.
Valery Grayfer serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of PJSC LUKOIL since 2000. Professor at the Gubkin Russian National University of Oil and Gas and laureate of the V. Lenin Prize and Russian Federation Government Award, Mr. Grayfer holds many awards and honors: seven orders, four medals, Certificate of Merit of the Supreme Soviet of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, Letter of Honor and Recognition of the President of the Russian Federation.
Director of the Year National Award, established by the Association of Independent Directors and Russian representative office of PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2006, is organized in association with the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs and Moscow Exchange as the general partner.
