LUKOIL COMMISSIONS SPORTS AND HEALTH FACILITY IN BUDYONNOVSK

President of LUKOIL Vagit Alekperov and the Governor of Stavropol Region Vladimir Vladimirov took part in the official opening of the Lukomorye sports and health center in Budyonnovsk, today. The largest sports and health facility in the region's east, it was constructed under the Cooperation Agreement between LIKOIL and the Government of Stavropol Region.
The facility, covering an area of 0.75 hectares, features an artificial ice rink, a therapeutic swimming pool, designed to give classes for children, a competitive swimming pool, a multi-purpose sports hall with tribunes for 770 spectators, a kinesiotherapy bathroom, gyms and a medical recovery center for people with limited mobility.
Vagit Alekperov and Vladimir Vladimirov also visited kindergarten 21, which underwent major renovation at LUKOIL's expense, and handed certificates to winners of LUKOIL's 2nd Social and Cultural Projects Contest at a special ceremony, scheduled on the program of events in Stavropol Region.
