LUKOIL CONTINUES TO RESTRUCTURE ENERGY ASSETS

The OAO LUKOIL Management Committee resolved to withdraw OOO Dagestanenergo from OOO LUKOIL-Rostovenergo.
To enhance the ownership structure and energy asset management, Dagestanenergo will be completely withdrawn from the Company through disposal of 100% of its registered capital.
ООО Dagestanenergo comprises the Makhachkala TPP with a rated electric capacity of 18 megawatt, the heating networks in Makhachkala stretching over 159.8 kilometers and the Kaspiyskaya TPP with a rated electric capacity of 18 megawatt.
