LUKOIL FINALIZES SALE OF INFORM LLC

PJSC LUKOIL closed the sale of its 49.9 % share in Inform LLC to PJSC Rostelecom. In 2020, Rostelecom acquired the other 50.1%.
Conclusion of the agreement with Rostelecom is in line with LUKOIL Group's strategy of optimizing business processes, cutting down non-core activities and outsourcing to professional market participants.
LUKOIL will continue cooperation with the Competence Centre for Digital Development of Oil and Gas Companies, which is created by Rostelecom on the basis of Inform company.
