LUKOIL has been named a company with the largest free-float in the RTS Index (1995-2009).
Free-float constitutes a portion of a public company’s shares owned by a wide range of investors. A significant amount of the Company’s shares held in public hands implies a high liquidity of its securities, ensures a positive market evaluation and popularity among investors.
