LUKOIL HONORS RUSSIA FOOTBALL CHAMPIONS

President of LUKOIL Vagit Alekperov congratulated Moscow Spartak football team on their victory in the 2016-2017 National Championships, in the company headquarters today.
The football club staff members were awarded with LUKOIL certificates of merit, and each player was recognized with a memorable gift.
"Success in team sports cannot be achieved single-handedly. The great reward came when you became a real team in which every member contributed to a big common goal. The same principle works both for football and business. We will continue to support Spartak on the way to new accomplishments. We expect from you fine play and new victories now not only in Russia, but also in Champions League games", Mr. Alekperov commented.
In return, the team's captain Denis Glushakov, senior coach Massimo Carrera and Moscow Spartak General Director Sergey Rodionov presented Mr. Alekperov with a victory jersey and a keepsake plate, manufactured by the Imperial Porcelain Factory, featuring a We Are the Champions notation and the symbols of both Spartak and LUKOIL.
