LUKOIL IS ONE OF THE MOST SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE COMPANIES IN RUSSIA

LUKOIL came in second in the 2010 rating of social responsibility for Russian companies.
The rating is prepared by the “Trud” newspaper in conjunction with the Agency for Political and Economic Communications and presents a consolidated assessment of social responsibility of Russia’s 75 largest companies.
Experts in social politics, representatives of trade unions, research institutions, associations of entrepreneurs, recruiting agencies, deputies of the RF Duma, and members of the Public Chamber under the RF President participated in the survey. The interview was based on secret polling.
The rating for social responsibility took into account job creation, tax discipline, fulfillment of obligations to the employees and active participation in social infrastructure development projects.
