LUKOIL PLEDGES COOPERATION TO YAMALO-NENETS AUTONOMOUS REGION

Vagit Alekperov, OAO LUKOIL President, and Dmitry Kobylkin, Governor of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (region), today signed a supplement agreement to the cooperation agreement between the oil company and the YNAO.

As part of the agreement, construction of a nursing home is to be completed in 2015 in the settlement of Tazovsky. The company will also support the agro-industrial enterprises of Purovsky District. LUKOIL will contribute to the development of Shuryshkarsky District, including a number of public, sports organizations and also some charity funds to support diagnostic-therapeutic centers for handicapped children.
