The roadside filling complex services imply a wide range of amenities, including parking spaces for motor cars, freight carriers and tourist buses. There are cafes and shops which offer related products at the stations. Laundries, shower cabins, car wash/car vacuum cleaning services, free tyre inflation and car window cleaning services, ATM and Internet access are at drivers’ disposal. Roadside filing complexes are equipped with a full-featured non-cash settlement system which accepts LUKOIL fuel cards and international payment cards. Motels will be located close to roadside filling complexes.

The Company intends to construct 66 roadside filling stations along federal highways in 2009-2013 under the Program.

Igor Levitin expressed his intention to sign a Cooperation Agreement between the RF Transport Ministry and OAO LUKOIL to promote the Program for Roadside Filling Complex Construction.
