LUKOIL RECEIVES GRAND PRIX AT ALL-RUSSIA CONTEST OF THE EDUCATION MINISTRY

LUKOIL has been honored with a grand prix of the National Contest "Creating the Future", held for the fifth time. The contest, established by the RF Ministry of Education and Science, and organized by the Steering Committee under the chairmanship of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Olga Golodets, is held to identify best corporate practices of human capital development.
The Intellectual Capital Support System, a process management procedure used throughout LUKOIL Group's refining assets, became the winner in the "Corporate Intellect" category. The awarding ceremony took place as part of the business agenda of the Moscow International Education Fair.
Members of the contest jury, including representatives of major Russian companies, government agencies and the Public Chamber, rated the management practices of Russian companies against their systematic approach, performance and the novelty of decisions. The grand prix is yet another clear illustration of how LUKOIL Group converts the intellectual potential behind its corporate process management system, employed throughout LUKOIL Group's oil refining, petrochemistry and gas processing assets, into efficient technical and business solutions.
