LUKOIL WINS CONTEST FOR HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT

LUKOIL has won the fourth All-Russian Contest for Best Employer Practices in Human Capital Development "Creating the Future" organized by the Russian Ministry of Education and Science as part of the Moscow International Education Fair.
The Company was ranked first in the "Organization Intelligence" nomination for its project "Exploration and Production Knowledge Management System as an Example of Creating and Developing a Corporate Knowledge Management System".
The system constitutes a platform for interaction and collaboration of all employees of the Company and LUKOIL Group entities who are connected to it. The system also features an information portal where any provider of effective technology and equipment - from large manufacturers and research institutes to small companies and individuals - can offer their solutions and products.
The project allows for the efficient introduction of the best Russian and international practices in the management system as well as facilitates identifying HR potential and establishing horizontal links within the Company. The project aims at improving the efficiency of processes in different business segments.
