LUKOIL’S MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE APPROVED ANTIMONOPOLY POLICY

PJSC LUKOIL’s Management Committee approved the LUKOIL Group Anti-monopoly Policy developed in compliance with the recommendations of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia (FAS). The document defines the key principles of competitive business conduct in the markets of LUKOIL Group’s presence and establishes regulations for its employees to prevent infringement of antimonopoly laws.
The Company’s Antimonopoly Policy is based on the world’s best practices and conforms with the initiative of FAS to introduce a system for “antimonopoly compliance” relying on the concept of internal corporate prevention of antitrust breaches. All Russian enterprises of the LUKOIL Group will develop respective regulations and introduce antimonopoly compliance procedures.
