LUKOIL’S TALENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME RECEIVES AWARD AT AN INTERANTIONAL CONTEST

LUKOIL's educational project was named the best in the Talent Development Programme of the Year category of the international Oil & Gas Middle East Awards. The awards ceremony took place in the UAE.
An integrated retraining programme for local specialists at the West Qurna-2 project aids in developing the talent pool of Iraqi energy sphere. It also helps to implement the Company's strategy of system modelling and optimization of oil production.
The 19th annual Oil & Gas Middle East Awards is one of the most prestigious international contests. Over 200 oil & gas and service companies that operate in the Middle East competed in 20 categories.
