The OAO LUKOIL Press Service would like to draw the attention of all concerned parties to an increase in fraudulent activities within the Russian petroleum-product market.
In pursuit of their unlawful activities the perpetrators use falsified agreements with OAO LUKOIL carrying counterfeit seals and signatures of the Company’s heads. Reference is also made to the non-existent Cooperation Agreement between OAO LUKOIL and the Prednaznacheniye (Destiny) Charity Fund.
The Press Service would like to declare that OAO LUKOIL neither has signed, nor intends to sign any agreements with OOO Triton Company, OOO RFM-Group, OOO VEGA-3 or OOO NordOil.
In this connection the Press Service urges petroleum-product buyers to study more carefully all documents presented by the contractors and also recommends that the authenticity of the papers be checked with OAO LUKOIL.
