On the 4th of August, 2015 Prahova Tribunal held a hearing to discuss LUKOIL contestation against the judicial control taken against Petrotel-LUKOIL top-managers. The judicial control for a number of employees has been softened. On the same day the court decided to adjourn the hearing of LUKOIL contestation against the seizure measures to the 14th of August, 2015.
As before the company denies accusations brought against Petrotel-LUKOIL and its management and intends to further vindicate its reputation using all available opportunities within the international law and existing Romanian legislation.
