LUKOIL Press Service reports creation of the Directorate for Power Generation in the Company's central office. The new directorate will assume responsibilities for development of future-oriented power generation projects (including renewable energy projects), coordination and modernization of LUKOIL's existing power generation infrastructure.
The directorate will be led by Vasily Zubakin, formerly head of the Coordination of Power Supply and Operating Activities Department. LUKOIL First Executive Vice President Vadim Vorobyev will personally oversee work of the new directorate, since Denis Dolgov, Vice President for Power Generation, resigned from the Company on March 2, 2021.
