​LUKOIL Press Service announces new appointments made under the LUKOIL Group management personnel rotation programme.

Sergey Nikiforov, formerly Vice President for Central Asia, Middle East and North Africa, is appointed Vice President for Technical Services.​

Stepan Gurzhiy, formerly General Director of LUKOIL Uzbekistan Operating Company LLC, will step up to the position of Vice President for Central Asia, Middle East and North Africa. Tim​ur Gaynanshin, formerly Deputy General Director for Production – Chief Engineer of LUKOIL Uzbekistan Operating Company LLC will assume this position in his stead.

At today's meeting the Board of Directors of PJSC "LUKOIL" resolved that the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of PJSC "LUKOIL" would be held on December 5, 2024 in the form of absentee voting, and the Repeat Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting would be held on December 6, 2024 in case the Meeting is not held due to the absence of quorum.
