The OAO LUKOIL Press Service would like to announce that Petr Oboronkov, the former First Deputy General Director and Chief Engineer of OOO LUKOIL-Zapadnaya Sibir, has been appointed General Director of OOO LUKOIL-Komi.

Vagit Alekperov, OAO LUKOIL President, introduced the new General Director of OOO LUKOIL-Komi to Vyacheslav Gaizer, Head of the Komi Republic, in Syktyvkar today.

Petr Oboronkov (1963) graduated from Tymen State Oil and Gas University.

· 1984-1987 – operator, well intervention foreman at Uryevneft oil and gas production department, Tatneft production department (Langepas);

· 1987-1990 – engineer, deputy shop manager, shop manager for oil and gas production at Lasyeganneft oil and gas production department, Lagnepasneftegaz production department;

· 1990-2000 – head of engineering and technological service at Lasyeganneft oil and gas production department, head of well work department at Langepasneftegaz territory production unit, OOO LUKOIL-Zapadnaya Sibir;

· 2001-2006 – Chief Engineer and First Deputy General Director at Langepasneftegaz territory production unit, OOO LUKOIL-Zapadnaya Sibir;

· 2006 – First Deputy General Director and Chief Engineer, OOO LUKOIL-Zapadyana Sibir.

Azat Khabibullin, the former General Director of OOO LUKOIL-Komi, has been appointed to one of the managerial positions at the Main Division of Oil and Gas Production and Infrastructure which is part of the Company’s Corporate Center in Moscow.
