In response to numerous requests, the OAO LUKOIL Press Service would like to announce that neither the Company nor its subsidiaries use products of Talk Fusion in their business activities.

Thus, the use of the OAO LUKOIL trademark in the advertising materials of the said company misleads its potential clients.

ОАО LUKOIL plans to demand, in accordance with the established law, the removal of its trademark from Talk Fusion advertising materials and also intends to bring the transgressor to responsibility for illegal use of the OAO LUKOIL trade mark.
