The OAO LUKOIL Press Service would like to announce that LUKOIL-Ukraine, an enterprise with foreign investments, has sold 13 gas-filling stations and one oil depot, all in the Crimean peninsula, to OOO LUKOIL-Yugnefteprodukt.
The deal was closed with the aim to optimize the management system of the company’s sales network in the area and to improve the petroleum-supply pattern.
