The OAO LUKOIL Press Service would like to inform all interested parties about attempts at fraud on the international petroleum-product market.
The company has knowledge that there are persons sending out commercial offers regarding the export of oil and petroleum products on behalf of OOO Saratovorgsintez (a wholly-owned LUKOIL subsidiary). They call it ООО «САРАТОВОРГСИНТЕЗ НЕФТЕПЕРЕРАБАТЫВАЮЩИЙ ЗАВОД» and/or OOO SARATOVORGSINTEZ REFINERY. The correct legal and actual addresses of OOO Saratovorgsintez are indicated, as well as its record details.
The OAO LUKOIL Press Service strongly recommends that the suppliers who claim to be acting on behalf of OAO LUKOIL or its subsidiaries be carefully examined. We also point out that OOO Saratovorgsintez is engaged in the manufacture of petroleum products rather than in the supplies of oil and petroleum products to the domestic and foreign markets.
ООО Saratovorgsintez does not have either a branch or a representative office in Moscow; nor does it have anything to do with the Internet portal www.saratovorgsintez.ru. The subsidiary’s official website is www.saratov.lukoil.com
OAO LUKOIL shall bear no responsibility for any undesirable consequences that may result from commercial relations with such “partners”.
