ПРЕЗИДЕНТ ОАО «ЛУКОЙЛ» ВАГИТ АЛЕКПЕРОВ НАГРАЖДЕН КАЗАХСТАНСКИМ ОРДЕНОМ «ДОСТЫК» ВТОРОЙ СТЕПЕНИ

Nursultan Nazarbayev, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, awarded the “Dostyk” (“Friendship”) Order of the Second Degree to OAO LUKOIL President Vagit Alekperov in Astana today.
“This order goes not only to me, but also to thousands of LUKOIL employees working in Kazakhstan. We have always been and will remain a reliable partner,” Mr. Alekperov said.
LUKOIL has been operating in Kazakhstan since 1995. Presently, the Company participates in seven oil and gas onshore production projects and three offshore geological prospecting projects in the Kazakhstani sector of the Caspian Sea. The Company also acts as a major shareholder of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium and sells petroleum products wholesale.
