President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation sent a congratulatory message to the personnel of PJSC LUKOIL on the occasion of its 25th anniversary. Follows the text of the message translated from the Russian:

I congratulate you on the 25th anniversary of the company LUKOIL.
In the past years, LUKOIL has made a weighty contribution to the development of the national oil-and-gas complex and won a strong competitive position in the world energy market.
Continual introduction of new technologies, rational and thrifty use of natural resources is what enables the company to steadily raise the production and processing of raw materials, and to implement major investment projects.
Achievements as significant as these have only become possible due to the concerted efforts of your team, whose professionalism and skills in tackling the most challenging tasks are something LUKOIL takes special pride in.
