LUKOIL PAYS OUT MORE THAN 33 BILLION RUBLES IN INTERIM DIVIDENDS

The OAO LUKOIL Press Service would like to announce that by virtue of a decision by the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting held in the form of absentee voting on December 18, 2012, interim dividends have been paid out in the amount exceeding 33 billion rubles.

The interim dividend decision was 40 rubles per ordinary share.

The dividend size was calculated basing on the financial performance of LUKOIL Group taken from the OAO LUKOIL Consolidated Financial Statement for the first six months of 2012 prepared in accordance with the US GAAP.

The list of those entitled to the dividends was compiled as of November 12, 2012.

At today's meeting the Board of Directors of PJSC "LUKOIL" resolved that the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of PJSC "LUKOIL" would be held on December 5, 2024 in the form of absentee voting, and the Repeat Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting would be held on December 6, 2024 in case the Meeting is not held due to the absence of quorum.
