15/04/2013 - LUKOIL RECEIVES A TRANSPORT AND INSTALLATION BARGE TO DEVELOP INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE V. FILANOVSKY FIELD IN THE CASPIAN SEA

A transport and installation barge (TIB) ordered by LUKOIL arrived today at the Astrakhan sea floating depot. The Company will utilize the TIB for the construction of offshore platforms at the Vladimir Filanovsky field in the Caspian Sea.

12/04/2013 - LUKOIL BEGINS CONNECTING SEVERO-GUBKINSKOYE FIELD TO GAZPROM’S GAS PIPELINE SYSTEM

This year LUKOIL intends to start designing of a complex gas treatment plant (CGTP) at the Severo-Gubkinskoye field in Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (YNAO) and a supply pipeline connecting it to GAZPROM’s gas pipeline system. Similar operations have also been initiated at a number of other fields in order to enhance the associated petroleum gas (APG) utilization efficiency.

08/04/2013 - LUKOIL COMPLETES CONSTRUCTION OF SUPPORTING BLOCKS FOR IRP-1 AT V. FILANOVSKY FIELD

The LOTOS shipyard located in Astrakhan has completed the construction of two supporting blocks commissioned by LUKOIL. The two supporting blocks are designated for the ice-resistant stationary platform (IRP-1) located at the Vladimir Filanovsky field in the Caspian Sea.

LUKOIL and the owners of ZAO Samara-Nafta signed a purchase and sale agreement for 100% of the shares of ZAO Samara-Nafta, the oil producing company in Samara and Ulyanovsk regions of the Russian Federation.

An extended meeting of the State Duma Energy Committee took place yesterday in Kogalym under the auspices of LUKOIL-West Siberia (a wholly-owned LUKOIL subsidiary). The meeting was also attended by deputies who were members of other State Duma Committees, including those on Natural Resources, Nature Management and Environment, on Financial Markets, the Budget and Taxes, on Social Policy, Labor and Veteran Affairs, and on Property.

LUKOIL became Russia’s first oil company to have responded to the proposal by the All-Russia Society for Environmental Protection as regards the monitoring of the quality of automobile fuel sold at the company’s filling stations for compliance with the requirements of the applicable Technical Regulations.

The LUKOIL Press Service would like to announce that the company’s Management Committee has decided to reorganize ООО LUKOIL-Tsentrnefteprodukt (http://www.luknef.lukoil.ru/main/default.asp) by singling out OOO LUKOIL-Chernozemyenefteprodukt and transferring the assets (filling stations and a bulk plant) in the Kaluga, Bryansk, Lipetsk, Ryazan, Tula and Orel regions to the new enterprise.
